What does your premium carpet cleaning process include?
Our 7 Step Premium Carpet Cleaning Process:
1) Pre-Inspection of carpet to be cleaned.
2) Vacuuming of all areas to be cleaned and detailed edging.
3) Pre-condition traffic lanes & heavily soiled areas.
4) Pre-Spraying of all carpet fibers.
5) Orbital Pad Extraction (Cleaning Process)
6) Up to 15 minutes of advanced, manual spot removal (Red stains, Wine, Rust, Coffee, etc.)
7) Post Grooming to lift and set carpet pile for a beautiful finish
Before our arrival for carpet cleaning:
1) Please have ALL clothes, toys and any other items picked up off the floor.
2) Vacuum and roll up any rugs that are on the carpet we are to clean.
3) You may vacuum prior to us, but, we always vacuum and edge all areas to be cleaned.
4) We MUST have electricity to clean your carpet.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
In most conditions, the drying time is usually about 1 to 2 hours. Staircases can take up to an additional hour to dry. You may walk on your carpet immediately, we recommend clean shoes, socks or slippers. If you choose to walk on damp carpets be careful walking off the carpet to a hard surface, because you could slip.
Will you give me the cheapest bid in town?
Probably not. If you want your carpet to look good and give you years of dependable service, then you need to take extra good care of it. This means you need to have it cleaned by a skilled technician. If you are looking for a cheap, rinse-the-dirt-off-the-top cleaning, then I respectfully ask you to call another company. How long does it take to clean my carpet?
A small home with a Living Room, three bed rooms, a hall and carpeted stairs (5 areas) can be cleaned in about 1.5 hours. Condition of the carpet will change the amount of time it takes us to clean.

We believe in doing fewer jobs, taking our time to do each job right. Being on-time is part of this commitment. Having arrival windows usually of only 30 minutes to an hour is also part of this commitment. In the rare case where we are running late, you can expect a call ahead so you know when to expect us.
Do you have to drag hoses from your truck into my home to clean my carpet?
No. Clear Choice Carpet Cleaning in Cincinnati uses self-contained carpet cleaning equipment to clean your carpet. There are no hoses on your lawn or dragged through your home. You door is kept closed so there is no danger of pets escaping or loss of heat or air conditioning.
I have pet stains, can you remove them from my carpet? And for how much?
We use a urine and odor pre-treatment for dog and cat urine. It is more successful on newer urine stains, since older stains have already discolored and are burned into the carpet fibers. We do charge a minimal
rate for pet urine stain removal unless the stains are excessive.
